Payment - is due on receipt of accommodation confirmation email. If payment does not reflect within three days of receipt of the confirmation email, your booking/s will be cancelled.

Cancellation / Refund - Cancelation of accommodation booking will be subject to a cancelation fee of R400 up until 31 Jan 2021. Cancelation between 1 Feb and 31 Mar 2021: 70% refund. Cancelation after 1 Apr 2021 - no refund.

Should the event scheduled for the 30 April – 1 May 2021 be postponed due to National Restrictions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, bookings will be transferred to the rescheduled event or the 2022 Hobbit Trail Runs.
